Safe Online on NRJ
The Safer Internet Day takes part in the Finnish radio channel NRJ's Safe Online theme month, which will be launched on 5 October 2009. The campaign is directed to the young and their parents.
During the campaign, the Safer Internet Day informs of a myriad of topics: how to act if you, your friend or child is the target of web bullying, what sort of things one should consider before placing pictures online and using social media, and how to go online for daily errands in the safest possible way. The following topics are also included in the campaign: online payments, Citizen Certificate, ID card, netiquette, online dates and online poker.
The channel will air interviews each working day from 10 am to 2 pm. Check the frequency of the channel in your region at http://www.nrj.fi/taajuudet.
