Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA)

The Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA) is a state authority within the mandate of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Finland.

FICORA's objective is to make the provision of communications services more versatile, improve the availability of basic communications services, and develop the functionality and security of communications networks and services.
