3.1 Standard EN 300 220-1 with the following specifications:

This standard is applied to the equipment with transmission power less than 0.5 W on the frequency band 161.4125 – 161.4625 MHz and on the sub-bands within the frequency band 406...470 MHz identified by FICORA for this purpose.

3.2. Standard EN 300 113-1 is applied to all other equipment operating on other frequency ranges and exceeding the transmission power 0.5 W.
