National subscriber numbers granted to telecom operators

Nationwide subscriber numbers are numbers beginning with

• 0201, 02021, 02024-02029, 0203-0208

Nationwide subscriber numbers are numbers for the fixed telephone network.

Since 1 March 2007, FICORA has only granted 071 number ranges to operators who then give individual numbers or number ranges to their customers.

How much does it cost to call nationwide subscriber number? (in Finnish)

The following numbers beginning with 010, 020, 030 and 075 are nationwide service numbers:

In Finland, nationwide numbers are always dialled completely (with initiating 0). No area code nor operator prefix is used.

Phoning a nationwide number from abroad, the first zero (0) must be obmitted, just as it is obmitted from the area codes in general, for example +358 10 234 5678.

Due to telephone number portability, some of the numbers within the given universal access number blocks have been connected to another operator's network. Information about the operator whose network the number belongs to is provided free of charge on 0800 02202 and on the Internet at www.siirretytnumerot.fi.
