Digita's advisory service Digita Info provides basic information on all Digita services. Digita Info is open on weekdays, Monday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. During summer months, the service is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Digita Info's telephone number is 020 411 7676 and e-mail address info@digita.fi. The call costs €0.0821/call + €0.059/min from a fixed-network phone and €0.0821/call + €0.169/min from a mobile phone.
Digita's website gives information on the coverage areas of the terrestrial digital distribution network. Digita's map service helps you to find the radio or television station closest to your municipality.
Information regarding digital set-top boxes and receivers and their installation is also available from device sellers, manufacturers and importers.
