Short-term licences for TV and radio broadcasting and licences for TV and radio operations in a mobile TV network (DVB-H)

A licence for broadcasting for not more than three months in an analogue terrestrial mass communications network referred to in section 2 of the Telecommunications Market Act (393/2003) shall be applied from FICORA.

A licence for TV and radio operations in an analogue terrestrial mass communication network referred to in section 2 of the Telecommunications Market Act shall be applied from FICORA, if:

1. the maximum period of operations is three months;

2. the weekly operation hours do not exceed eight hours; or

3. the operation is carried out in a DVB-H network provided for TV and radio broadcasting.
