FICORA introduces eInvoicing
An eInvoice is an electronic invoice you can receive directly in your online bank. FICORA's consumer-directed fees, such as the television fee, frequency fees and fees for examinations and certificates can be eInvoiced.
The shift to eInvoicing is easy. All you need to do is to conclude a contract with your online bank on introducing the eInvoice and select, as the eInvoice sender, FICORA television fees or frequencies. Your paper invoice will normally be replaced by an eInvoice by the time you receive your next invoice.
You can check and accept a payment arriving as an eInvoice in your online bank in the same way as all other invoices you pay via your online bank. Via the link on the eInvoice, you can transfer to a separate window to survey the fee itemisation.
Since invoice data, such as reference and account numbers, is given automatically on the invoice, you do not need to enter them separately. An eInvoice is also independent of time and place, which means that you can receive and pay an eInvoice in your online bank wherever and whenever you wish. Invoices received as eInvoices will also remain archived in your online bank for later reviewing.
The eInvoice is not yet available via all banks. Contact your bank to find out more about how to introduce the eInvoice.
