In 2007, 218 people were employed by FICORA under permanent employment contracts.

The management and development of FICORA's human resources is based on FICORA's personnel strategy, which is divided into five areas of focus: management, the service relationship, joint operating procedures, development of competence, and well-being at work.

FICORA's area of focus over the next few years in the management of human resources is to ensure access to competent and professional personnel.

A plan for well-being at work has been prepared for FICORA for the development of well-being at work and job satisfaction as well as instructions for how to deal with problem situations in working life at an early stage.

Economy

FICORA is a net budgeted agency in the State budget. In the 2007 budget, the forecast of income from operations subject to a fee was EUR 27.1 million and the actual income was EUR 25.9. The forecast of income from tax-like charges in 2007 was EUR 4.2 million and the actual income was EUR 4 million.
