The International Telecommunication Union's (ITU) World Radio Conference was held in Geneva in the autumn. The decisions of the conference included the allocation of additional frequencies for future mobile phone networks, new frequencies to be used for the development of scheduled air services and the aircraft industry, and the reorganisation of the frequencies used in navigation at sea.
The results of customer surveys ordered by FICORA showed that satisfaction in FICORA's services and operations has clearly increased. Customers were especially satisfied with FICORA's information operations and services and the operations of the CERT unit.
In summary, we can say that FICORA achieved all of its main result objectives. The productivity of work has improved significantly and functional efficiency is at a good level.
